Dining
COVID-19 precautions
- All dining locations have a cashless option for payment.
- Retail orders may be placed in person or through the Niner Diners Mobile Ordering app and dining kiosks located in the Popp Martin Student Union, Cone Center and Prospector.
- Capacity sensors are on display outside of each dining hall and listed on Dine on Campus.
- Crown Commons and SoVi dining halls have designated socially distanced dining areas.
- Each dining hall has a to-go option.
- Hand sanitizer is available outside of the dining halls and at each self-serving station.
- Self-service utensils are changed every 30 minutes.
- Plexiglass is installed at all food stations.
- Additional seating is located in nearby outside areas.
- Patrons must use a fresh cup and plate when getting seconds. Refills are not prohibited in retail areas.
- Clean/Dirty table tokens are used on all dining hall tables.
- Sanitization and disinfection processes have been increased throughout all facilities.
- Dining associates wear gloves and masks, wash their hands more frequently and undergo daily wellness checks.

- Inactivity fees for non-use of Stored Value Accounts after a six-month period have been temporarily suspended.

- To request a machine repair or restock, call the number posted on the machine that requires service or call Auxiliary Services at (704) 687-7352.
Parking and Transportation Services
- Niner Transit service hours, stop list and route information/maps
- Buses are running at up to full capacity and are sanitized nightly.
- Masks are required at all times on Niner Transit and Paratransit.
